Program Details
The Leaders Program brings together diverse changemakers across the globe to build societies based on shared values. Participants will engage in leadership development that includes up to 12 hours of live virtual programming per month and a three-day in-person convening.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 24-45 years old by July 15, 2025.
- Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in your area of focus.
- Geographic Focus: Commitment to creating positive change in your community or region.
- Language: Professionally proficient in English.
- Program Commitment: Availability for full participation from February 1 to July 15, 2025.
- Political Campaigns: Applicants cannot engage in electoral campaigns between February 1 and July 15, 2025.
Rewards
- Stipend: Monthly support for living expenses.
- Accommodation: Furnished studio apartment near Columbia University.
- Tuition: All fees for up to four courses at Columbia University.
- Travel: Air travel to and from home country and program-related activities.
