About the NEXT GEN RESCO Program
This 12-month initiative, organised by the Federal Government through the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) in collaboration with the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN) and the Ecological Innovation Empowerment Initiative (EIEI), offers 60 participants hands-on training in renewable energy. Successful candidates will gain access to industry insights, mentorship from experts, and collaboration opportunities with key stakeholders in Nigeria’s energy sector.

Eligibility Criteria
The program encourages inclusive participation and welcomes applications from:

  • Graduates with a minimum 3.5 CGPA.
  • Individuals with up to two years of post-graduate experience.
  • Applicants with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Youth Corps members currently serving in Abuja.

Program Benefits
