Scholarship Details

The Shanghai Government Scholarship, established by the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government in 2006, aims to attract outstanding international students to study in Shanghai and contribute to its global influence in science, technology, and education.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Non-Chinese citizens
  • Good health
  • Strong academic and behavioral performance
  • Must meet admission requirements of the chosen major
  • For pre-college applicants: high school diploma and under 23 years old
  • For undergraduate applicants: high school diploma and under 25 years old

Type A (Full Scholarship):
