Step-by-Step Application Process

  1. Apply to the College of LSA:
    • Submit your undergraduate admission application to the University of Michigan’s College of Literature, Science, and the Arts (LSA).
  2. For Enrolled Students:
    • Access the LSA Scholarships Application Portal using your UM uniquename and password.
  3. For Non-Enrolled Admitted Students:
    • Complete the following steps to gain access to the application portal:
      • Step 1: Create a UM Friend Account here.
      • Step 2: Verify your UM Friend Account through Wolverine Access. This process may take up to 24 hours.
        • Navigate to the “Students” tab, click on “New & Prospective Student Business,” and log in to verify your personal details.

Step 3: Once verification is complete, log in to the scholarship application portal and submit your application.
