Scholarship Details:
The JJWBGSP provides scholarships for 52 Participating Programs in areas such as economic policy management, tax policy, and infrastructure management at universities in the USA, UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
There are two application windows:
- Window #1: January 13 – February 28, 2025
- Window #2: March 25 – May 23, 2025
Applicants must commit to returning to their home country after their studies to contribute to development efforts.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a national of a World Bank member developing country
- Have at least 3 years of paid development-related work experience after earning a Bachelor’s degree
- Not hold dual citizenship with any developed country
- Be in good health
Benefits:
- Full tuition coverage and basic medical insurance
- Economy class air travel and US $500 travel allowance
- Monthly stipend for living expenses, accommodation, food, and books
The scholarship covers up to two years or the duration of the program.
