Great Resources and Opportunities for Work (GROW) is an online platform that aims to improve and develop the employability skills and competence level of students and graduates in Nigeria. GROW’s focus is to develop career readiness competencies and integrate them into learning approaches to improve the career and professional development of students and graduates.

GROW Platform aims to produce youths who can apply the competencies developed using the platform to become successful employees and entrepreneurs. The platform is positioned to address the lack of career advice and employment guidance available for new entrants into the Nigerian labour market.
