Scholarship Details:
The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program focuses on fostering sustainability-minded leaders who will drive impactful changes in their communities. Scholars will gain knowledge, skills, and networks to address global challenges like the climate crisis.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must qualify academically for a postgraduate degree at the University of Edinburgh.
• Hold a Second Class Upper (or equivalent) undergraduate degree by September 2024.
• Must be a citizen or hold refugee status in a Sub-Saharan African country.
• Demonstrate leadership experience and a commitment to addressing the climate crisis.
• Be 35 or younger as of September 1, 2025.
• Not have completed a postgraduate degree previously.
