At GROW, we believe that the best form of learning and knowledge sharing is through experiential learning. This is learned through professionals that have gone through the same experience, learned from their mistakes, and excelled in their career path. Our mentorship program shall provide you with:

• 10 hours of 1:1 Mentorship Session

You will be matched with a personal mentor for a period of 6 months. Your mentor will help guide you in achieving the goals you set at the beginning of your session.

• Mentee Support

We will be with you and support you throughout the program. We will check in about your milestones. We will also give you guidance on how to get the most out of your mentoring sessions.

• Mentee Completion Form

At the end of your sessions, you will be required to fill out a completion form
